What are the ingredients in Drippco?

Cocoa Powder - We spent two years sourcing, taste testing and formulating to find the highest quality cocoa possible for Drippco. We think we found the best there is. The end result is an incredibly rich, bold, chocolatey taste that is sure to please any chocolate lovers palette
Allulose - A sweetener that can be found naturally in figs, raisins, and jackfruits. Allulose has the same taste, mouthfeel, and texture as sugar, but only ~1/10th the calories of sugar (Allulose = 0.4 Calories per gram; Sugar = 4.0 Calories per gram)
Monk Fruit - A sweetener found naturally in the Luohan Guo plants native to Southern China and Northern Thailand. Monk Fruit contains mogrosides, which are around 200 times sweeter than sugar. We add a dash of monk fruit on top of the Allulose to create a sweetened taste that's nearly identical to sugar.
Caffeine - Caffeine promotes a state of wakefulness and has been shown to increase subjective well-being for a lot of people. We use 150mg of all-natural caffeine extracted from green coffee beans in our regular Drippco product. Provides an energy kick you would expect from ~1.5 cups of coffee, but without any coffee taste.
L-Theanine - (extracted from Green Tea) balances the effect of caffeine, prevents anxiety/jitters and promotes a state of focus. We use 150mg of L-theanine to create a 1:1 ratio with caffeine. We found this ratio maximizes the positive effects of caffeine and L-theanine.
Pink Himalayan Salt - Helps you rapidly hydrate, fight fatigue and leaves you feeling refreshed, and enhances the flavor of the cocoa.
Guar Gum - A thickening and stabilizing fiber naturally found in guar beans (legumes).

What allergens are in your product?

Drippco contains no gluten, dairy, or any of the FDA's top 14 allergens.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription through our subscription portal (click here). It's done through the email you set your subscription to. You can also access this through the email titled. Your initial subscription email also has access to your portal, and "Your Drippco Subscription" is the subject line.

If I buy, when will I receive Drippco?

We ship anywhere within the US and its territories. We'll send your order via USPS or UPS from Austin, Texas. We aim to get your package to you within 2-5 business days of your order.

How does Drippco handle returns/exchanges?

We do not allow returns on opened items. You may return any unopened items to us within 30 days of your purchase date for a full product refund. If you choose to return a product and it's been shipped out already, you will be responsible for shipping costs as well as a processing fee to cover the transaction. That being said, we're open to hearing your situation, especially if something doesn't sit right with you. Please email Tom and Sean at founders@sipdripp.co if you're in this situation. When things go wrong, photos and/or videos that support your incident help us improve everyone's experience greatly.

What ships inside each package?

Each order of Drippco containing 3 pouches or less will come in a fully recyclable poly mailer bag. 4 Drippco pouches or more will come in a box. Each box will come with your ordered quantity of Drippco.
